Mission Briefing:

German resistance informs us that the rocket Deathshead intends to fire at London carries some kind of new chemical warhead, the total destructiveness of which is currently unknown.

German resistance also informs us that all of these rockets have a "self-destruct" switch, usually located in the main rocket control room. Unfortunately, we know virtually nothing of the interior layout of the base. It will be up to you to determine the best means of reaching the main control room so that you can destroy the rocket before it reaches London.

After destroying the rocket it is likely that the base will be on full alert. Use all means available to exit the base and proceed to the outer compound.

Now that all your sneaking around is done, you can get back to what you do best: run-and-shoot. The clock is ticking on the V2 launch, aimed straight at London, so don't waste time...

You start out in the back of the truck, which is parked in a warehouse loading area. There are a few guards patrolling the area -- use your Sten on them, head up the stairs and go to the far right. Notice the announcement regarding the V2 rocket test...time is running out!

Round the corner and a number of guards will emerge from a locker room area. Clear them out, pick up some of the items in the room, and use the elevator around the next corner.

When you get off the elevator, you'll arrive at another storage room with a small tram. Take out the guards, activate the switch in front of the tram, and hop on for the ride, shooting any guards you may pass along the way.

At the end of the tram, you'll hear an announcement that the V2 will be launched in two minutes. Call down the elevator, kill the two guards that ride down with it, hop and and go up.

At the top of the elevator, a number of technicans will be working in the distance. Don't bother engaging them -- just shoot out the tank in front of them causing a nice big explosion. Right next to the elevator is a ladder leading further upward to the control room -- further up you go!

Make your way to the control room and press the button on the left. The rocket will explode and an announcement will play stating that the launch has been aborted. Unfortunately, this triggers a base-wide intruder alert -- it's safe to say everyone knows you're here now.

Leave the control room and head back down the ladder. The blast door to the launch has been cracked by the explosion and is open now -- go through and take the walkway to the left, killing the guards as you go.

From here, you'll wind your way through a few hallways and down some stairs and through some more hallways, fighting multiple waves of Nazis. Take it slow -- don't engage too many at once if you don't have to. You'll eventually arrive at an area where a small bomb has been planted, partially destroying a walkway to the other side. Don't worry about it -- if you run straight across, it won't collapse until after you're safely on the other side.

You'll soon reach a communications room with a note on the table from Himmler. He talks about the success of the V-weapons program and once again mentions "Operation Resurrection" and the "Dark Knight", claiming this to be the Third Reich's single most important undertaking at the moment. After you read the note, continue forward.

When you open the door, you'll find yourself back where you started the mission, in the loading area with the truck you rode in on. Only now, the doors at the top of the stairs are open, allowing access to the upstairs area. Clear the warehouse of guards and go upstairs. At the far end of the walkway is a vent grate -- shoot it and climb in to end the level.
