Mission 6 Level 1: Bramburg Dam

Mission Briefing:

The mission to the "X-Labs" had the effect of driving Deathshead into hiding; at this time his whereabouts are unknown. However, it is now known that he was only a supporting character in Himmler's ultimate goal; to resurrect Heinrich I. It appears that three of Deathshead's Super Soldiers will be "anointed" by Marianna Blavatsky in a ceremony to be held near Chateau Shufstaffel in the village of Paderborn. They will then be brought to the grave of Heinrich I located near Castle Wolfenstein for the "Resurrection". While many in the OSA remain skeptical of this ceremony, recent events have shown that nothing can be ruled out.

Your mission is to infiltrate Chateau Shufstaffel and stop this ceremony at all costs. To reduce the chances of alerting the enemy, you will be air dropped near a dam two kilometers from Paderborn. You must cross the dam to reach Paderborn, and from there gain access to the chateau. A silent approach is your best option. Once in Paderborn you are to assassinate the Paranormal Division officers and discover the exact location of the ceremonies. Should you arrive too late, proceed with all speed to Castle Wolfenstein and ensure the "Resurrection" does not take place.

This level is going to require some stealth to get into. The entire compound is locked down tight, so you'll have to find another way in. Simply running in with guns blazing isn't an option ...yet. Sneak around to the right of the gate and go down a ladder along the wall of the dam. Once you reach the grated catwalk, follow it to another ladder. Take down the guard on the catwalk below, then go down the ladder.

Find the nearby door and go through. You'll come across two engineers arguing about a valve that needs to be replaced (an in-joke perhaps?). Mow everyone in the corridor down, then walk through the nearby doorway and take the slanted lift up to the upper level (make sure to take out the Black Guard on your way up).

In the next room, take any health and armor you need, 'cause your stealthy approach is just about up. Go through the doorway leading out of the room and kill the gaurd. Then grab the stationary machine gun and start cutting down the guards that come at you from the front gate.

Once you're done, turn around and face the swarm of soldiers that come at you from behind. Be careful here, because one of them will have a Mauser. Run down the strip until you come to a doorway on your left. Go through and grab a hot meal if you need it.

Climb the stairs from this room and keep following the hallways and doors until you come to a small room with a couple of technicians and a radio. Next to the wall there is a set of shelves and a stepladder. Climb the stepladder and enter the ducts (don't forget to clear the room of health, ammo, and armor).

Once you climb through the grates for a bit, you'll be blown clear out by an alert soldier and a grenade from below. Clear out the turbine room of all resistance, grabbing the health packs in the corner if you need them. Once clear, climb the stairs to the ledge above and find an area with two doors --one single door to the left and a set of double doors straight ahead. The single door on the left leads to a few side rooms with ammo, armor, and health. The double doors lead out of the area.

Follow the hallways until you come outside. Watch out here, as there will be a sniper hiding behind some wooden crates straight ahead. You'll see a fence nearby. The hut next to it contains some armor and a cold meal. It also contains the switch to open the fence and exit the level. Exit and hit the rode to the village of Paderborn.
