1) Well for a 39 year old he is the most immature person I have meet in a longtime, He kept telling me I was changing the rules of the clan without his permission all the time (I never made any changes NOT even a small 1 L, so I don't know where he got this from,, but surely I can if I wanted to anyway J? )... 

2) He also said I don't want people better than me in the clan (because the medals were to hard for him to get to the _NeT_ level), I ask you what's that all about? I want the best players in my clan, don't all clans???? 

3) Also he refuses to play games against better players, a good example of was when ME + WoJ_Lallyman + Him wanted to do 3v3 BF game,, we waited for 3 people to come in into our room, when they did we started the  game and Eagle left, when I asked why he replied they are to strong as a team,, so we waited for 3 other players to come,,,, 3x Trash members turned up and again he did the same. So we had to play a 2v2 game when I came out I saw Eagle playing a 1486 rated player, Which is how he got his 1700 medal L, (and since people have pointed out to me that he was in games playing under1500 rated players).

4) Also other members said I should boot him too. Because he annoyed them.

5) There are many more reason (like he's really annoying).
